Welcome to the Summit Hut!
Built in the summer of 2000, the Summit Hut is the highest building on Panorama Mountain. At 2730 metres, it truly is on top of the world! The Summit Hut continues to be known for its famous grilled smokies and bratwurst’s, 10-hour smoked brisket and Ray’s homemade chili.
Guests will be able to order from our famous menu that Ray has perfected over the years, all while enjoying a specialty hot beverage, the coldest beer on the mountain or a glass of BC Wine. You will be able to enjoy inside by our cozy fire, or outside while soaking up the sun on our large deck with 360 degree views that go on forever!
A visit to Panorama is not complete without a visit to the Summit Hut!
NEW THIS WINTER
With the success of our slow cooked beef brisket and pulled pork, we are adding Mexican Tacos to our menu! Made with the same smoked meats, coleslaw, pickled onions, fresh pico de gallo & sour cream topped with sharp white cheddar.
